Mentoring
The Results Company offers personalised solutions of either phone or face to face mentoring depending on client preference. Each session is between 60-90 minutes in length.
Mentoring is an excellent way to kick start your career and can be offered as part of an induction package or when you need to take stock, develop broader perspectives, gain clarity and find a clearer sense of direction.
Mentoring is a collaborative partnership that offers solutions to improving performance at both a strategic and tactical level.
It allows for development in advanced communication, improved interpersonal skills, operational planning, and process and change management.
Each mentoring package is tailor-made but a new package based on developing commercial awareness is being introduced to enhance skills for managers wishing to develop expertise within marketing, networking for business and gain that competitive edge.
This package is an initial 6 sessions with content focussing on:
USP’s yours and the companies, referral sales, cold calls, networking, customer intelligence, mystery shoppers-what do they tell you? Competitive intelligence and knowing and understanding your niche /brand.
Mentoring if offered to all staff and utilises and agreed outcome measure and is conducted either face to face or over the phone with email contact as required. Contact is maintained between sessions via email, as required, and a review of the session with an agreed action plan is created post every session.
