Cathe led an Improvement Team assisting the turnaround and improvement at The Old Deanery Nursing Home in Essex. She oversaw the redevelopment of the service policies and procedures, governance review, and care practice improvements amongst other duties. Her role within the improvement team was a vital and effective one…ensuring safe working practices and contributing to the successful turnaround of the service. Cathe’s leadership was central to contributing to the overall improvement of communication and professional responsibility across the service and organisation.

Cathe has now worked for us as a trainer since 2013. Throughout that time, she has been one of our most successful trainers. Having delivered expert complaints handling workshops training to over 250 delegates, from over 100 healthcare organisations across the UK.Cathe has continued to deliver beyond expectations and deliver fantastic results for all those involved… I highly recommend her.
